Who would have thought
There I am, on the left side of the couch, ten years old. My love for reading was apparently contagious as my three sisters sat next to me, reading as well. If you would have told 10 year old Sietske that one day she would write books, bestsellers even, she wouldn’t have believed you. Not to mention that they would be translated to English, Danish and Spanish.
As an adult woman, I still feel excited when I look at this picture, wanting to whisper, “just wait, you’ll be fine.”
